This feels very in-character for both of them. Quackerjack just can't resist a rainbow pony unicorn. Megavolt is annoyed. I can imagine him checking his watch and then remembering that that one doesn't work because he shorted it out.

"Aw, c'mon Quacky. You've been on there for... little hand at two... wait... the second hand isn't working. Gosh darn it, this thing's shorted out. Well... a really long time at least."
